How it goes

Three steps in

  1. 01

    Build a workout

Pick from the library or add your own. Sets and a rep range per exercise — that is it.

  2. 02

    Log your sets

In the gym: weight + reps, one tap to confirm. Rest timer runs with the screen off.

  3. 03

    See progression

Trends, streaks, PRs and achievements show the needle moving — even when it does not feel like it.

Questions

Common questions

What does ProgressFirst cost?

V1 launches free, no ads, no tracking for advertising. Optional premium features may follow — nothing that is free today will disappear behind a paywall.

Does it work offline?

A local buffer covers spotty gym Wi-Fi. Full offline-first support is planned after V1.

KG or LBS?

Your pick, switchable per account. Volume and progression get normalised automatically.

Which languages?

German and English from day one. More if people ask for them.

Is there a web app?

Not right now — the focus is mobile, where you actually train.
